By creating an account, subscribing to a membership plan, accessing any tools or content, or otherwise using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Blade Boss LLC.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Blade Boss LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Immediately notify Blade Boss LLC of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any other individual or entity.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent membership tier restrictions or pricing structures.

Blade Boss LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these terms.

Blade Boss offers tiered membership plans (Turf Rookie, Stripe Master, and Lawn Legend) billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Blade Boss LLC to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
• Pricing Changes: Blade Boss LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on their account.
• Tier Access: Features and content are restricted by membership tier. Attempting to access content outside your tier through technical manipulation, account sharing, or other circumvention methods is a violation of these terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• Downgrade: If you downgrade to a lower tier, access to higher-tier features terminates at the end of your current billing period.

All payment processing is handled by Square, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Blade Boss LLC does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data on our servers.

• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards as processed through Square.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and may notify you via email. Continued failure may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to paid features.
• Disputes & Chargebacks: If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@bladebosshq.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior good-faith communication may result in immediate account termination.
• Taxes: Prices displayed may not include applicable sales tax or other governmental charges, which may be added at checkout where required by law.

We stand behind our platform. All membership plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Beyond that:

• Subscriptions: After the initial 30-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
• Digital Products: The Lawn Playbook and other digital goods are final sale due to the nature of digital delivery. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.
• Consultations: 1-on-1 consultation services are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; no-shows forfeit the session fee.
• Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day guarantee, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, the Lawn Playbook, calculator tools, Lawn Map Pro™, software code, UI designs, educational materials, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of Blade Boss LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.
• Automated scraping, data mining, AI training on our content, or any other form of automated data extraction is strictly prohibited.
• The names "Blade Boss," "Be Your Own Lawn Boss," "Lawn Map Pro," "Turf Rookie," "Stripe Master," "Lawn Legend," and "Flight School for Your Lawn" are trademarks of Blade Boss LLC.
• Blade Boss LLC will pursue all available legal remedies for infringement, including DMCA takedown requests, cease and desist orders, and civil litigation.

The Platform and all content, tools, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Blade Boss LLC specifically disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of lawn care information, calculator outputs, weather data, or zone measurements provided through the Platform.

All lawn care decisions based on Platform content are made at your own risk. Conditions including soil composition, climate, irrigation, pest exposure, and product application vary significantly and directly affect outcomes. Always test products in small areas first and consult licensed lawn care professionals for specific concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blade Boss LLC, its owner, officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Property damage, including damage to lawns, landscapes, irrigation systems, or equipment.
• Personal injury to you, family members, pets, or third parties.
• Environmental harm resulting from product application based on Platform recommendations.
• Costs of substitute goods or services.

In no event shall Blade Boss LLC's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blade Boss LLC, its owner, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
• Any lawn care actions taken based on Platform content resulting in harm to persons or property.

Blade Boss LLC participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through affiliate links on the Platform, at no additional cost to you.

• Affiliate links may appear in the Lawn Playbook, blog posts, product recommendations, and tool integrations.
• We only recommend products that we genuinely believe provide value to our members. However, affiliate relationships may influence which products are featured.
• Affiliate commissions help support the ongoing development and maintenance of free and low-cost lawn care education.
• You are never obligated to purchase through our affiliate links.

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).

Testimonials: Any testimonials, success stories, before/after images, or member results shared on the Platform represent individual experiences. They are not a guarantee of specific outcomes. Testimonials may be edited for clarity, grammar, or length while preserving the original meaning.

Savings Claims: Any references to cost savings (e.g., "Save $500+/year") are estimates based on aggregated user data and general lawn care cost comparisons. Your actual savings will vary depending on your lawn size, current spending habits, geographic location, and level of engagement with the Platform.

No information on the Platform should be construed as financial, investment, or professional advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making purchasing decisions.

By scheduling a 1-on-1 consultation through the Platform, you agree to the following:

• All consultations must be booked through our official scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session fee.
• Advice provided during consultations is based on available data and professional experience but does not constitute a guarantee of results. Conditions vary, and all recommendations are applied at your own risk.
• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and liability documentation purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording.
• Blade Boss LLC disclaims all liability for outcomes resulting from advice given during consultations, whether verbal, written, or inferred.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
• Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@bladebosshq.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blade Boss LLC regarding your use of the Platform.

Blade Boss LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards across the Platform.

The Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Blade Boss LLC does not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from anyone under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact support@bladebosshq.com.
